Thermal Spray Gun is the combination of methods in which metallic, ceramic, cermet and any polymeric substances in the formation of particles, wire, or rod are supplied to the flashlight or gun with which they are fired to compared or slightly above their melting point. The resulting heated or nearly molten droplets of substance are stimulated in a gas stream and submitted against the surface to be covered (i.e., the substrate).
