Suction Blasting Cabinet also is known as Siphon Blast System is a dry process where the compressed air is used to create a vacuum in a blast gun. The negative force then lugs in the abrasive mix to the blast gun from where compressed air takes the abrasive towards the workpiece through a blasting nozzle.
The high-performance shot blasting cabinet gun gives a comfortable grip for the operator and permits precise control of the blast pattern. The gun keeps the air and shot blasting nozzle carefully arranged to maximize blast ability and minimize gun-body wear. The shot-blasting gun works with the most recyclable blast abrasives media, including glass beads & aluminum oxide, and some sizes of steel grit and shot, so we can select the appropriate abrasive media for our application. Thus it is done in a suitable cabinet such as a shot blast cabinet, media blast cabinet, grit blast cabinet, etc.
Suction Blasting Cabinet works on the induction-suction principle of abrasive delivery. The Super Blaster ensures continuous work and no delay in the blasting cycle. It is suggested for light and medium-sized components where the surface is to be erased or deburred to give a fine matte finish. Super Blaster is helpful for heat treatment shops, tools, dye and mold makers and shot peening of light metal parts, etc. Suction Blasting Cabinet machines are incorporated with a reclaimer that ensures uniform cleaning and finishing each time and in every operation. This is accomplished by an automatic abrasive cleaning system built into the reclaimer. The dust and debris are separated and only clean and sized abrasive is provided to blast assuring a homogeneous finish. Most cabinets of others make do not have the reclaimer, as is the standard practice.
